Archaeologist and historian, graduated from the University of Porto (licentiate and master’s degree) and from the Universities of Santiago de Compostela and Haute-Bretagne – Rennes II (doctorate). He conducts research in very diverse areas, namely ancient and proto-history, as well as contemporary history (religious minorities).
