In a swift reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic, EBHA has opened an essay contest on how past leaders have faced epidemics, pandemics, or natural disasters throughout history. The question to be developed in the essay is what lessons can current leaders and managers learn from studying such historical experiences. The final submission date is April 21.
