OIC 2026-2027
CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The organizing committee of the CITCEM Research Workshops (OIC) hereby invites all interested researchers to participate in the new edition for the 2026/27 academic year.

Each session will cover a topic within CITCEM’s research groups and Strategic Project, including 3 to 4 papers, so all those interested are invited to apply for panels organized on their own initiative. Proposals may also be submitted for sessions directly related to Master’s or PhD courses, as long as they are in line with CITCEM’s programmatic objectives. The sessions should be of a laboratory nature and the presentations should focus on the presentation/discussion of research topics, sources, methodologies and results.

Each session proposal must be submitted by a proposer who is a CITCEM researcher and who may or may not present a paper in that session. The proposer is responsible for presenting the proposal, organizing the session in conjunction with the OIC organizing committee and moderating the debate during the session.

To this end, all interested parties are asked to read the OIC Regulations (attached) and fill in the online form available at Call for Proposals 2026/27 | CITCEM Workshops by June 16, 2026.
