The Rector of the University of Porto, António de Sousa Pereira, the editors of the book, Augusto Santos Silva, Helena Santos and Paula Guerra, and the Coordinator of the Institute of Sociology
(IS-UP), João Teixeira Lopes, invite you to the launch of Cultural change in contemporary Portugal. The session will take place on April 21, at 6pm, in the Library of the Old Fund of the Rectory of the University of Porto (Praça Gomes Teixeira).

The book will be presented by Francisca Carneiro Fernandes, cultural manager, President of PEARLE – Performing Arts Europe and member of the Board of Directors of the Union des Théatres de l’Europe, and João Teixeira Lopes, PhD in Sociology of Culture and Education, coordinator of IS-UP, Full Professor in the Sociology Department of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto and member of the Scientific Council of the same institution.
