The 9th Session of CITCEM’s Research Workshops (ICO) 2019/20, had as its main theme “Spirituality and Culture in Portugal in the Modern Age. A chess of letters and images”, being its proponents Zulmira Santos and Paula Almeida Mendes. The session took place on January 24, 2020 and included presentations by Rosa María Sánchez Sánchez- “‘Per facultates divisus’: the texts of spirituality in the context of Conventual Catalogues and Inventories”Paula Almeida Mendes – “Visual culture in Portugal in the light of hagiography and devotional biography” and Lucília Didier – “The Prince of the Patriarchs St. Benedict”.
