Session 11 of the 2020/2021 Permanent Seminar “Hagiography Before and After Trent” will take place on September 15 at 3.30 pm via ZOOM. The conference will be given by Moreno Laborda Pacheco (Federal University of Bahia) and is entitled “The inquisitor, the beata, the confessor and his plume: the writing of Maria de Jesus’ life as a defense strategy in the Holy Office (Lisbon, 1700-1701)”.
