The “Local and Global Representations” research group, part of the CITCEM R&D Unit, is organizing an international and interdisciplinary colloquium on the theme MATURE AGE on October 10 and 11, seeking to contribute to a multi-perspectival reflection on issues related to “old age” (the third age, seniority, longevity, the elderly, etc.).

It is intended that the colloquium will include papers from the various areas of knowledge of the CITCEM Groups and Lines, emphasizing the importance of research in Literary, Linguistic, Cultural, Artistic or Cinematographic Studies (but also including the areas of Archaeology, Architecture, Educational Sciences, Geography, History, Politics and International Relations). The Colloquium will also be open to contributions from other scientific fields, such as Life Sciences, Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology.
