In view of the complexity of the inquisitorial courts that operated in the Modern Era, the 5th International Symposium on Inquisitorial Studies is a privileged space for a fruitful discussion and exchange of knowledge, publicizing what has been written on such a dense subject, without, however, failing to point in the direction of new fields of research.
In addition to the researchers who have chosen the Inquisition as the subject of their work, the Symposium is also open to all those who have made Inquisitorial sources their working tools, thereby providing us with a deeper understanding of modern and contemporary societies.
