Researcher Liliana Oliveira was elected Corresponding Member of the Maritime History Class of the Navy Academy.
This is a prestigious recognition of the scientific path that the researcher has developed in the area of Maritime History and Portuguese Expansion.
In 2016 she was also recognized by the Navy Academy, with the awarding of the Honorable Mention of the Admiral Teixeira da Mota Award, for her research “Royal Policies of Naval Logistics (1481-1640)”.
The induction ceremony took place at the Navy Academy (Lisbon), on January 21st at 17h30, presided by Admiral Francisco Vidal Abreu, President of the Navy Academy.
