The congress aims to mark Ana Paula Tavares’ graduation from the Faculty of Letters in Lisbon and to celebrate her work as a researcher, essayist and, above all, as a poet, chronicler and novelist. A solid figure in modern Angolan literature, Ana Paula Tavares is today an unavoidable reference throughout the Portuguese-speaking world.
